The objective set during the design of the exercise was to train personnel in scenarios that simulate the conditions of wartime operations and relate to decision-making processes, the issuance of orders, the execution of combined operations and survival on the modern battlefield.

The planning and coordination of the exercise was carried out by the General Staff of the National Guard in collaboration with the National Training Center of the IDF, while the management was carried out on the field, through the cooperation of the Exercise Control Centers and the exchange of links between the two General Staffs and various levels of administration.
