According to the announcement of the Greek Ministry of National Defense, the Deputy Minister of National Defence of Greece Mr Nikolaos Hardalias visited yesterday, Greek islands and micro-islets in the Regions of North and South Aegean.

The Greek Deputy Minister of Defence visits annoyed Turkey for no reason, with the Anadolu (Turkish state news agency) calling them provocative and stating that the sovereignty of the islands was allegedly “in question”.

Mr Hardalias started his visits that annoyed Turkey from the greek island of Samos. He visited the Headquarters of the 79th Senior Command of the National Guard Battalions and the “PSILIS AMMOU” Surveillance Outpost, where he was informed about the mission, the main projects and their current activities.

Also, during his stay on the island, he met with the Deputy Regional Governor of Samos Mr Vassilios Panourakis, the Mayor of Western Samos Mr Alexandros Lymperis and the Deputy Mayor of Eastern Samos Mr Vassilios Valkamlis.

More specifically, Nikos Hardalias, from the site of the Monument of the Greek Fallen Heroes, in Kalymnos, stated:
“Our national sovereignty is non-negotiable. And that’s the message to everyone. Their sacrifice, our bet of responsibility, devotion, duty, our beacon of national pride. Immortals “. states the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
