The impressive Russian Victory Parade on Red Square has ended in Moscow.
2021 marks the 76th anniversary of the victory in World War II.
Today, many cities in Russia and other post-Soviet countries are holding ceremonial events, including military parades more than 12.5 thousand people will take part in The Red Square in Moscow this year.
Futhermore, in the main parade will be involved 190 samples of equipment, 76 aircraft, and helicopters.
The Victory Parade was completed by an aviation flight over Red Square.
This year, three heavy military transport helicopters Mi-26 opened the flight, which happened for the first time in the history of parades in the capital, as it is difficult to conduct three heavy helicopters in a single formation.
Simultaneously, five Mi-8 multirole helicopters flew in the air, and mi-35, Ka-52 Alligator and Mi-28N Night Hunter helicopters closed the flight.
Also, 3 Il-76 aircraft, Tu-160 and Tu-95MS strategic bombers, capable of carrying various missiles, as well as 2 Il-78, Tu-160, 4 Su-35S fighter jets, Su-24, Su-57 fighter jets, and other aviation equipment flew over Red Square.
We remind you that Moscow residents were “scared” by the sound of Su-57s passing for parade trials.
Finally, the parade ended with the flight of six Su-25 attack aircraft, who painted the sky in the capital in the colors of the Russian tricolor.
