More than 100,000 Russian troops have been moved to Ukraine’s border with Russia, the press office of the EU diplomat Josep Borrell said after Ukraine’s foreign minister briefed his EU counterparts.
Borrell said the European Union is not currently intended to impose new economic sanctions or expulsions of Russian diplomats, despite saying the military build-up on Ukraine’s borders was the largest ever.
