The UK informed Turkish authorities that British navy ships will enter the Black Sea via the Bosphorus in May, the Turkish channel NTV reported.

Earlier, British newspaper The Times citing Royal Navy sources reported that a destroyer and an Anti-Submarine frigate of the British fleet will enter Black Sea waters in May to show London’s solidarity to Kyiv in the context of tension on the border between Russia and Ukraine.

It is recalled that the Kremlin has repeatedly stated that it has no involvement in the internal conflict in Ukraine’s eastern regions.

As for the movement of Russian troops to the Ukrainian border, the Russian government spokesman said that Russia is moving its forces inside the country as it considers necessary for its security and that this should not worry other states.
