A few days ago, Russian fighter jets launched heavy airstrikes very close to where Turkish forces are located in the al-Bara area in Syria, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The Russian bombings continued during the day with undiminished intensity, with the participation of Assad’s forces as well, as the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports sporadic bombings by Syrian government forces in the provinces of Hama and Idlib.
The past week seemed to be quite difficult for the Turkish force in Syria as two Turkish soldiers were killed on Saturday by Kurdish forces in Idlib and another one was heavily injured and died on Sunday, according to the Turkish Ministry of Defense.
