- The US General advised against any attempt to breach Russia’s siege of the Ukrainian port of Odessa.
- Mines and the Russian navy have closed Black Sea shipping lanes
United States General Mark Milley, who is now traveling throughout Europe, warned against any attempt to break Russia’s blockade of the Ukrainian port of Odessa as it would be considered as a high-risk military action.
Mines and the Russian navy have closed Black Sea shipping lanes, halting deliveries of global grain supplies, raising serious concerns about the possibility of a global food catastrophe, which could also lead to economic disaster.
More Specifically, he stated:
“In order to open up those sea lanes, that would require a very significant military effort by some nation or group of nations. Options are always looked at… I wouldn’t ever rule anything out, or never rule anything in, but I would tell you that that would be a high-risk military operation that would require a significant level of effort.” the US General stated.
Any NATO attack against Russian Navy ships that are now blocking Ukrainian ports may even ignite World War III as this would mean NATO’s direct attack against CSTO and especially Russia.
