The United States Embassy in Moscow has informed the Russian agency RIA Novosti that Bart Gorman, deputy head of the Diplomatic Mission of the United States in Moscow, has just been expelled from Russia.

“Bart Gorman, the deputy head of the United States mission in Russia, was expelled by the Russian government. The United States official in Moscow was the second most important official after the US Ambassador to the diplomatic mission to Russia. He was also a key player in the embassy’s top command,” said Jason Rebholtz, the press secretary of the US embassy in Moscow for Gorman’s deportation.
