In response to reports from Azerbaijan that Armenian troops bombed Azerbaijani positions on Saturday, the Armenian Ministry of Defense denied the allegations.

According to the Armenian Ministry of Defense, “the statement transmitted by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan and claiming that on the night of April 30, Armenian soldiers opened fire on positions of the Azerbaijani army located on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border are untrue.”

The situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is relatively calm, according to the Armenian ministry, and the Armenian Armed Forces have full control of the situation.
