Heavy fire exchanges in Ukraine | DONBASS

Russian separatist forces carried out 11 attacks on Ukrainian positions in Donbass on March 27, according to the Ukrainian news agency UNIAN.

Russian troops used banned weapons near the village of Sumy, according to a source quoted by the agency.

Grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and rifles were used near the villages of Zaitseve and Luhanske and near the town of Avdiyivka.

Grenade launchers of various types were used near the villages of Vodiane and Slavne, while enemy troops opened fire with rifles near the village of Shyrokyne.

In addition, an enemy UAV was spotted crossing the line of contact near the town of Avdiyivka, the agency said.

From 00:00 to 07:00 a.m. Kiev time on March 28, Russian forces carried out three attacks on Ukrainian positions. No casualties were reported in the Ukrainian army.
