“We destroyed Western weapons in Ukraine” Russia claims

A new statement issued by the Russian Ministry of Defense says that Russian forces managed to destroy large consignments of weapons that arrived in Ukraine from Western countries.

Specifically the Russian Ministry of Defense reports:

“On the morning of April 18, high-precision air-launched missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces in the area of Lviv struck at the 124th Joint Logistics Support Center of the Command of the Logistics Forces of the Ukrainian Troops.

The logistics center and the large consignments of foreign weapons that arrived in Ukraine over the past 6 days from the United States and European countries were destroyed.

In addition, a large ammunition depot was destroyed near the village of Vasylkiv, Kyiv region.

During the day, high-precision air-launched missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed 16 military facilities of Ukraine.

Among them: two control points, two strongholds of units of Ukrainian troops, as well as places of concentration of enemy personnel and military equipment in the areas of the settlements of Popasna, Barvenkovo and Krasny Liman.

Operational-tactical aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces struck at 84 military facilities of Ukraine,” the Russian ministry stated.
