NATO assures Ukraine that is closely monitoring the Russian Forces

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said in an announcement he made on Twitter that he discussed the security situation in and around Ukraine with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba.

Jens Stoltenberg assured the Ukrainian minister and said that “NATO is closely monitoring the large and unusual concentrations of Russian forces close to Ukraine’s borders.” and he also added, “We call on Russia to be transparent, prevent escalation & reduce tensions.”

We remind you that a few weeks ago satellite photos published by US & Ukrainian media revealed a large-scale concentration of Russian army forces near the Ukrainian border.

The satellite imagery showed a large volume of military equipment, including self-propelled guns, tanks, and infantry fighting vehicles about 300 kilometers from the Russian-Ukrainian border.
